Our story
Born behind a bar. Built around a still.
Founder Christos Kyriakidis brought more than two decades of hospitality experience and a serious interest in gin to Usk. White Hare launched in 2018 and grew from locally sold bottles into a working high street distillery, tasting room and event space.
The original gin uses seven botanicals including pink grapefruit, locally foraged rosemary and pine. Hellenic Hare takes another route, bringing in bergamot, thyme, basil and olive leaf.
